FAQs

Do you take custom orders?

Yes! Please email [email protected] to discuss. We take custom orders as time and practicality allow. Remote custom designs will require careful measurements on the part of the customer for a good outcome.

Can you confirm fit before I order?

Yes. When in doubt, send us the exact model and year and photos of the current setup and we’ll confirm whether the listed part matches your setup or whether we need more information.

Are these parts safe and strong enough for my setup?

We design each part for its intended mounting application, but we don’t claim universal compatibility or certify every setup. Use the correct hardware and follow the product-specific installation guidance. Inspect before every ride.

Most items are printed in an ASA composite, which is strong, lightweight and UV-resistant. We may decline applications where the geometry or forces make 3D printing unsuitable. We do not sell anything we would not ride ourselves, but we are a small business and cannot guarantee the same safety standards as the big brands. Please assess your own risk accordingly.

What is included with my order?

Each listing identifies the included parts and hardware. Check the listing details before ordering, and message us if you need clarification about bolts, washers, adapters, or other components. We are happy to help you source the correct bolts for your set up when bolts are not included.

How long will my order take?

All items are made-to-order. Most orders are shipped within one week. The Etsy listing shows the current processing or lead time. Message us before ordering if you have a specific deadline.

Will you ship internationally?

International shipping availability, cost, and delivery estimates appear at checkout on Etsy when supported for your location. Etsy international shipping offers buyer protection for lost packages. Buyers may be responsible for customs charges, duties, or local taxes.

Will you make angled spacers?

We don’t currently offer angled 3D-printed spacers. Angled parts take additional shear stress that in planes not perpindicular to the printing orientation, which makes them a poor fit for this manufacturing method. We may explore machined aluminum versions in the future.

Where can I find tracking information?

After shipment, Etsy posts the tracking status in your order details. Please contact us with any concerns about tracking information or delays.
